1. Data Controller & Open-Source Architecture
This website is an open-source, non-custodial client interface published under the MIT License. It does not run analytics, advertising profiles or behavioral tracking. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, for security and delivery. For privacy-related requests, contact the contributors via: Telegram or GitHub Issues. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed as the processing does not fall within the mandatory cases under Art. 37 GDPR.
2. Data Processed, Purposes, and Legal Bases
2.1 Technical Navigation Data
Hosting and security systems may process data implicit in internet communications for delivery, abuse prevention and reliability. The application does not use this data to build analytics or advertising profiles:
- IP address and request metadata in provider-managed technical logs
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — platform security and functionality.
Retention: Technical-log retention is controlled by the applicable hosting and infrastructure providers and may vary for security, legal or operational reasons.
2.2 Blockchain Wallet Address
When you connect a crypto wallet, the public address becomes visible to the interface and may be processed to load balances, points, referral attribution or a requested claim. Wallet addresses are public on-chain identifiers; we do not use them for advertising profiles.
Legal basis: Performance of requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. All transactions are executed directly on-chain via the user's own wallet. No party associated with this project has access to user funds.
4. Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold or used for advertising. Data may be processed by the following categories of service providers only as needed:
- Hosting, CDN and database providers for delivery and hosted rewards accounting
- Wallet, RPC, bridge, routing and offer providers when the user requests those features
- Public authorities upon lawful request

- Access (Art. 15): Obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data
- Rectification (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17)
